central location but book Nathan Grand floor. we settled the bill and I told them we had 2 beers from mini bar the evening before said it was all settled. When we were ready to leave told to wait in reception until room was checked, then questioned about beers, which they had not charged on our bill. As I had already told them about beers very embarassing in front of packed reception. We would not try and escape without paying for 2 beers ! |

Convienience,close to MTR, markets etc, great location. The rooms were of decent size for Hong Kong. Breakfast good, nice bar. Comfortable beds and pillows, able to control the air conditioning. Good shower. We were on the 6th floor and was very little outside noise, very quiet infact. Little pricey for what it was compared to other overseas destinations but compared to Hong Kong properties it rates well. |

Room was new and renovated. Booked Nathan Grand room which should have at least 30 square meters size, but only had 15-16 (incl. bathroom) plus a useless balcony without any view. No change possible, reception was not helpful. A little bit far of, in the middle between MTR Jordan and Yau Ma Tei. |
