location, close to transport, modern ,clean, friendly helpful staff requested queen bed, got twins instead asked for non smoking and had to accept smoking floor because of bed size. requested room with view, got room overlooking back alley. luckily we were too busy sightseeing to spend much time in our room. |

Great location. Energy efficient room(except I couldn't turn off certain lights unless I turn off all). The staff was excellent, very helpful. The room was clean, and the staff made sure the room was made unless I requested not to. Very helpful when I asked the directions. When I exchanged currency, pointing out that I save more if I go to the bank(I did it there anyways). Breakfast was not worth $100 HK, although it was convenient for the first day. The coffee machine didn't work(or I couldn't get it to work) - I didn't ask to fix it, no big deal. Some front desk people (men) were a bit over protective - which may be a good thing, for a woman traveling alone. Nothing major to complain about. |

Very convenient with mtr very near. Inexpensive local restaurant I used three times during a two day stay (good food). Room was exceptionally clean. Bus tops are in front of hotel making taxi service difficult but staff would go up the block to signal a taxi. The beds were twin and a little hard, but not uncomfortable or unusual for Hong Kong. |

room was large Rooms feel dirty. Not located in a good neighborhood, unless you're interested in bars and prostitutes (even during the day). For some reason, the hotel had a lot of single men guests. My room was dark, had an awful view, was very loud during the day, bathroom very dark (dark grey tiles), breakfast buffet is not worth it, not even with the discount coupon. No alarm clock, no AC plug adaptor. |

Not Much the breakfast was ok My room was initially smoking I had 2 twin beds which I did not request and the room was very small. |

Easy access to the main points of the island. A good value for a hotel lacated in Wanchai. It would be excellent if they offer low priced continental bf in the likes of the Residence Inn of Marriott. |

It was close to the MTR which made commuting quite easy. Fairly central location. Only one restaurant in the hotel. No dedicated internet room |

staff very friendly, breakfast excellent no proper coffee in room, There was no room allocated for me on arrival . I had to change rooms after 1 night and it was smaller than expected from the info on the website Next time will choose hotel with a swimming pool |
